All of our flavor come by utilizing the locally grown ingredients: heirloom vegetables & grains and of course a steady flow of milk to our HCH heritage breed hogs.  We also teach cooking classes with locally caught seafood (seasonally) that will paint the truest picture of what is real Lowcountry cuisine.
